Nineteenth-Century Literature. A Reader

Este volumen recopila fuentes primarias de novelas, poesías, obras de teatro, revistas, periódicos y de otros objetos de interés del siglo XIX para conformar una antología con propósitos docentes. Los fragmentos están organizados en cuatro grandes secciones: una introducción y tres capítulos que tratan un género literario específico (narrativa, teatro y poesía). Se incluye una bibliografía seleccionada al final de cada sección para alentar una investigación más profunda por parte de los estudiantes. Del mismo modo, este trabajo también incorpora una lista cronológica de los acontecimientos relacionados con los textos que puedan ser analizados en clase.
