Nineteenth-Century Literature. A Reader

Aquest volum recopila fonts primàries de novel·les, poesies, obres de teatre, revistes, periòdics i d'altres objectes d'interès del segle XIX per tal de conformar una antologia amb propòsits docents. Els fragments estan organitzats en quatre grans seccions: una introducció i tres capítols que tracten un gènere literari específic (narrativa, teatre i poesia). S'inclou una bibliografia seleccionada al final de cada secció per encoratjar una investigació més profunda per part dels estudiants. De la mateixa manera, aquest treball també incorpora una llista cronològica dels esdeveniments relacionats amb els textos que pugen ser analitzats en classe.
